Here's something a bit different - back to Pinups!
Added 2021-04-02 00:50:37 +0000 UTCI'm bringing pinups back into the mix for the monthly art line-up. That is something I've wanted to do for a while but the structure of everything right now is a bit amorphous. Lately I'm coming to accept that the patreon isn't going to be viable for funding continued work on Cretaceous Seas and that it'll have to be done with another round of kickstarter. And that's all good! It just means the focus here is going to turn back to the comics and the pinups. I'll still post the animation previews and stuff, and everyone is still going to get the demo release when it's ready, but then I'm going to make a harder divide between the game development and comic studio projects.
ANYWHO! This pinup leans heavily into a suggestion from SnakePerils for a tree python scene. I've started working with a few new guys that bring a lot of original ideas to the table, in this case going very cartoony with the pinup but also bringing in some skateboard influences. Since it sounds like maybe I'm overthinking things - this pinup pairs will with a fine pair of sketchers and a glass of pinot noir, 55F to room temp.
