Ayla, Character Turn, Step 2.5
Added 2020-01-11 16:44:15 +0000 UTCQuick little in-between progress step here on Ayla's turn animation, but not quite to step 3 entirely. Cleaning up the lines and getting everything feeling smooth takes a good deal of time. To make sure those efforts were going stay on target I decided to start by cleaning up the initial key frames first. Those 8 frames will lock in the shapes so that I don't wander at all as I start inking the rest. These frames seen here will have an additional 3 frames between each, like in step 2. I dropped in the colors just to make it a bit more eye catching.
Updates COMING SOON on the Cretaceous Seas game, featuring Alya and a ton of hungry dinos! The prep work and promo art for the kickstarter campaign has kept me VERY busy so this turn won't be finished right away. From here forward it's purely technical drawing, going cleanly over the drafts.
