My Fluffy Neighbor v1.3.0 - Progress Report

Hey everyone!

Development on the next update has been an absolute whirlwind, and I'm thrilled to share what's been cooking behind the scenes!

This update is shaping up to be the most ambitious yet . It is much more interactive than previous releases. While the story remains thoughtfully linear, you'll find yourself with many more objects to interact with throughout your journey in Oakridge. This enhanced interactivity has meant a LOT more coding, which has admittedly slowed down the pace compared to our last update, but the payoff is hopefully going to make this VN feel more like a 'game'.

Current progress:

• 66 new CGs completed (and I'm not even finished yet!)

• For perspective: our entire previous update contained around 61 CGs total

• Three new music tracks to enhance the atmosphere in the game

• Two new characters already implemented.

• At least 2 H-scenes planned (with potential for one more if I can cram it in, but no promises)

The sheer volume of dialogue and narrative content in this update has been staggering, and I have spent many long nights grinding away at keeping up the quality of work you guys expect from my writing. For those interested in more of the story and characters in game, you will enjoy this update a lot, and for those who are just here for the sex, you should enjoy this too ;)

Timeline Update: Based on my current workflow and the remaining tasks ahead, I'm confident this update will be ready by the end of next week (possibly sooner if the writing gods smile upon me).
