September Release Teaser

Batten down the hatches and hold onto yer booty mates as the Depths of Xephal release approaches! 

This Saturday the Depths of Xephal release will drop and we cannot WAIT to share all the awesome stuff in store. 

As always, this release introduces new encounters, monsters, a subclass, feats, spells, items, maps, and more! 

A few quick teasers to WET your appetite (get it?) 

Template

A new lycanthrope template, allowing you to turn any Humanoid into a terrifying were beast! (That is one free willy I don't think we should let out of the harbor).

Race

The gupper race, a species of creatures that cannot breathe on land and must use their mechanized suits to traverse the surface (talk about some fun role play material).

Stats

Of course no release is complete without some amazing monsters to throw at your players, among MANY monsters this month we have included the shipwreck golem, a creature formed from the sunken wreckage of a ship and the many souls of its occupants. These strange behemoths travel the sea in an attempt to reach the destination they were charted for before being sunk. 

Is this Patrick star? No this is an astera! A horrifying starfish monster capable of paralyzing and dissolving its foes! 

Items

Like a heat-seeking missile from Davy Jones locker, the seeker's harpoon will skewer just about any enemy in sight, regardless of what "cover" they might think they have. 

Subclass

The Submariner Enclave is adept at firing arrows underwater and even forming arros from the water itself. We gave the ranger class a bit of love with this aquatic-themed subclass.

What's Next? 

Many of you are likely wondering what won the October theme poll, with spooky season coming up we are happy to report that after a VERY close race Folktales of Gristwood won the poll! We are going to be sure to include some cute stuff for those of you that wanted creepy and cute, and some rather disturbing creatures for those that wanted Grimdark Grotto so if your top pick didn't win don't worry we will be sure to show you some love :) 

We are working on what monsters, items, spells, etc will be in this next release so if you have an idea be sure to share it with us!
