You've already met November's Outsider - The Dreamer - and perhaps heard mention of Yul back in December. June will be introducing you to four more of the Outsiders (our setting's gods and extraplanar beings who exist outside the fabric of reality), and here's you first look at The Deceiver!
So what happens when you mix Vecna with Lolth, and throw in a little bit of Beksinski? You end up with this being! Different cultures know him by different names - 'The Whispering One', 'The False Tongue', or 'The Luring Dark'. But most cultures know him as The Deceiver. He and his followers, the Whispering Web, operate in the shadows - double crossing anyone if it helps them advance their goals of undermining other outsiders and furthering his own influence.
