Getting my nipple pierced was the worst pain of my life but I would take that 1 minute 100% of the time over the week of agony I went through passing a kidney stone. IMO I’d take 5 minutes of brutal ball pain over being curled up in a ball in the bathtub from 2-4am while it feels like the devil, himself, is twisting a knife in my abdomen for every sin I’ve ever committed.

It stops for a few minute and then straight back to being in the worst pain ever, and there's no telling how long you will be in that pain. But having said that, you get a little bubba at the end of it. Well worth the pain.
