We want to love all the movies you guys love, but we also have to be honest about how we feel when we watch movies, we don't want to be reactors who lie and pretend to love everything they watch. That's not to say we hated it, we actually really liked a lot of it, but that's all I'm going to say here, let us know what you guys think below! Love you as always!

2025-08-07 12:33:35 +0000 UTCI think one thing was... you went into it thinking this was made in 1993, when it was 1983. Huge difference. Sometimes a big love of certain movies comes from it capturing the zeitgeist of a particular time that you lived thru. And the '80s were a time of deep fear of nuclear war with Russia. But, you know, this was a really enjoyable watch along. You guys actually seemed pretty into the movie during it. Just a little stressed by the choices. But those choices led the story to the big finale where... without being preachy... it had us holding our breath about those in charge learning the futility of mutually assured destruction.
