Poll - April's Character Build-Up

Hey, folks - part of this month's poll tier is going to go in a different direction - rather than choosing new characters to bring attention to, we want to know who of the existing cast should be given a little more depth.
Naturally, we'll be building on our characters in due time, but much of the background cast is planned to be just that - background fodder. So for those of you who want to see a certain character get a new CG, or more dialogue (or really, both of those), we're putting up this 'poll' for you.
TL;DR: In the comment section below, tell us who you want to see more of! If you don't know their name, a screenshot or general description w/ location works fine as well. Each of you in this tier and above will be able to suggest a character to be worked on this month, so tell us who you'd like to see.
