Hey everyone! I have taken a couple days "off" lately to focus on some other important things in my life.
Yesterday was probably the best day of the last two years: I finally decided to get a grip on my life and start to eat healthy and train after something like 7 years.
I also went for a 8km walk and man if I enjoyed that, I feel renewed and happier. I have decided to go for a long walk daily as I've seen my productivity increasing as much as my anxiety decreasing.
I hope I can keep up with this new routine, I'll try my best.
