The Spires (Projects) - Renovation

While scrolling through the gallery, I came across this amazing Project build. It was decorated with base game stuff (of course) but still pretty spot on.

With the lot trait I plan to release, I figured this would be an awesome build to test it out. I spruced it up a bit by adding:

A Mini-Mart
Kids Play Area
Basketball Court
Sneaker Bootlegger (Fake)
Flower Stand (Fake)

This build is HUGE (just a warning). It is 2.11GB. I tried taking a few files out to make it smaller for everyone. If you have issues with lagging, I'd suggest deleting upper levels.
