Secret Care Cafe 0.2.94 - Quick Bug fixes and few improvements

Today and yesterday I've received few bug reports. Even one major one. So I've mobilized myself to correct everything I can as fast as I can.
From the morning I also was working on few improvements to the gameplay and didn't want to waste my time to reverse it for the next version so here I'm also adding few extra things you will definitely like! Pause button!

Release notes Secret Care Cafe 0.2.94:
- now you can click on the maid sitting with the client or maid that is inviting clients to make her icon appear at the position of your mouse and drag her to another place if needed.
- during gameplay you can now use menu button(top left corner) or click "escape" on the keyboard to pause the game!
- added a background cg during pause
Bug Fixes:
- fixed bug that made saving sometimes impossible if you started new game
- fixed bug making possible for multiple girls to sit with the same client
- fixed bug where goth guy was changing into bigger dude
- fixed bug that made "Exchange number" CGs not visible
- fixed bug that made nearly impossible to get all the info about anime weeb client
- fixed bug that made skip button not appear if you clicked "esc"
