I wasn't able to comfirm it so take this as a rumor for now. I might update as I hear more.

Friday:
I hear they'll show (but not sure what and if they'll release online) footage from: Disenchanted, Hocus Pocus 2, Haunted Mansion, The Little Mermaid, Strange Worlds.
I hear they'll confirm some titles and maybe plot details for Lion King Prequel and some of the untitled Pixar and Disney Animation projects like Inside Out 2, Wish and MAYBE Bluebeard and Encanto 2.

Saturday:
Fox will mostly talk about Avatar.

No movie announcement from Lucasfilm on any Star Wars film.
They'll show (but not sure what and if they'll release online) footage from: Willow, Indy 5, Bad Batch S2, Tales of the Jedi, Mando S3, Ahsoka. MAYBE Andor.
They'll announce casting for Acolyte, Skeleton Crew and announce Boba S2. And maybe more announcements.

Marvel will announce most of what we heard from trades (Wonder Man show, Fantastic Four director, and other announcements) and show footage from (again not sure what and if they'll release it online): Black Panther 2, Ant-Man 3, The Marvels, What If S2, Secret Invasion, Werewolf by Night.

UPDATE 1: Per James Gunn himself no footage from Vol. 3 or the Holiday Special.

UPDATE 2: Everything I mentioned as a sure thing for the Disney-Pixar panel came true including a confirmation of Wish. As for Emcanto 2 and Bluebeard I said a big MAYBE because source said he wasn't sure on those. So looks like they'll have to wait.

They'll talk about Cap 4, Thunderbolts, Armor Wars, Loki S2, The Marvels, Ironheart, Black Panther 2.

They'll release trailers for Secret Invasion and Werewolf by Night.

Nothing on Fantastic Four. Maybe they'll confirm the director AT BEST.

For Lucasfilm looks like they'll have footage from Mando S3 and Ahsoka, Willow and Indy 5. Not sure if or what they'll release online. There might be more big MAYBE.
