My last name is pronounced GAIR-man, by the way. :) I'm pretty sure your baked beans are an old American style from the American Heinz company. You can still get them here. My wife lived in the London area for 18 years, and I still get them for her here for her to have on toast once in a while. In America, there are a lot of different baked bean styles available, including Mexican pinto and black beans. By the way, I had 4 kids in 5 years, and it was great for them since they always entertained each other growing up and are still close as adults. 😊
