I saw Veil picking a fight with Kakashi.
“Hiss! Hiss!!!”
She kept intimidating Kakashi while in her human form.
What’s wrong, Dragon? Why are you so afraid of him?
“Don’t be foolish, human! Dragons never feel fear! Nor do they retreat, falter, or look back!”
At that moment, I saw Kakashi make a slight movement.
Veil took a dozen steps back and hid in the shadows just from the slight clattering sound.
“I’m not scared! I’m not scared of anything!”
She can put a brave front all she wants, but why is she so scared of him?
Ah, come to think of it, some cats tend to be very jumpy.
“Hiss! Hiss! Hiss!!!”
As Veil’s hair stood on end while doing so, Kakashi started hopping towards her and held out his hand.
Veil fixated her gaze on the hand, totally wary of it. Once she was convinced that she wouldn’t be attacked, she gave Kakashi’s fingers a sniff.
Then, with his other hand, Kakashi banged the ground, making a loud noise!
“AH!!!”
Having been startled by the sound, Veil fled to a faraway shadow and hid there, hissing non-stop.
Our bully Kakashi just looked at her amusingly.
It looks like it will take some time before these two get along.

it wasn't my plan to upload a side-story chapter today, but after getting vaccinated yesterday, my body just gave up on me.
