2024 CSP & AC VIDEO + 2023 SETTINGS!

Hey everyone, due to the "Invalid ID" Error, here is all the settings! These are all the new settings I made, old settings, overkill, utradynamic, super low spec, and everything in between. Content Manager is not letting my share the links to the individual settings, so I have included an install guide.

**Warning**
The settings here can make your game on a PC build like a 3060, Ryzen 5 5600, 32GB RAM get 10, 20, 30, up to hundreds of FPS depending on your quality of graphics choice, single player/multiplayer, map choice, how many cars/traffic you play with, if you're just drifting alone, etc. There are many factors. I only use ultra dynamic stuff in single player and I have a 7900XTX and 5800X 3D processor and 128GB RAM. Don't be fooled, there is lots of good FPS settings here but also, seriously cracked out graphics.
