WIP and I went to the doctor about my hand

Hey everyone! So much has happened where do I begin?

I finally got an appointment with an orthopedic and he diagnosed me with Trigger Finger. The good news is that after so much rest, the lump is smaller and barely hurts now, so I can go back to drawing more.

The bad news is that there is no real cure for this, just long term management methods such as icing my hand after each drawing session to reduce inflammation. And if the lump gets bigger and painful again, I can get steroid injection to help with the pain. Technically surgery is an option but there are risks of nerve damage and my condition isn't bad enough to warrant these risks.

All in all, I am relieved because at least now I know what I have and how I can take care of myself better. And it sounds like I can ease back into drawing more if I ice my hand after drawing everyday. I'll aim to work on my comic again starting next month :)

Thank you all for patiently supporting me during the past few months when I didn't draw as much due to my hand. I hope to draw more consistently from now on :D

I remember I had planned out 6 Terrarium Life containers and was only able to fill 4 of them before my hand lump appeared. Now that I can draw more at ease, I'll be finishing the last 2 :) This one will be about aquascaping, a personal hobby of mine~ It's really relaxing to watch the fishies swim around the various plants and driftwood, especially right now when California is on fire and going outside means lung cancer hahaha...ha...

In other news, I'll be added more limited copies of signed and stamped books to my Kickstater on Sat, 22nd at noon PST, you can read more about it here  https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/yuumei/sanctuary-the-art-book-of-yuumei/posts/2929636

I'm glad it turned out to be something manageable. Please take care, and don't push yourself too hard!
