Breathe

A remake of my older painting titled Breathe. It was inspired by my visit to China last year. China is the land of my birth and it always pains me to see the air so polluted, even after all these decades, I still can’t breathe freely when I’m there, I have to wear a mask.
Despite China’s recent attempts to clean up the pollution, it will be a long time before the air is clean again. We should have kept our environment clean to begin with instead of trying to fix it after the damage is done.
In other news, March rewards will be sent out around tomorrow (still waiting for Patreon to process everything). Thank you for all the support and I hope you'll enjoy the SAI brushes :)

Don't know how this will align with your feelings towards China's air pollution situation, but similar to how you designed and launched the Axel cat-ear speaker headphones, would you ever put your mask designs (from this piece and from knite's concept art) into production? It's not a solution to the current air pollution, but it seems to become a necessity for people living in China, and wearing around one of your designs would bring back more beauty into their daily lives.
