Comparing the old and new Knite

Above is the new version, below is the old version.

When I decided to reboot Knite, I wanted to tell a different version of the story that's darker and with older characters. Chapter 1 will have the same exposition to introduce the setting and characters, but slight differences in design shows the change in the story.

Min-min is no longer in a cozy corner bed with her stuffed animals. Now she's in a sterile hospital bed and she lost her hair during chemo.

For the Knites, they are now surrounded by high rise buildings. The stars they try to put up is smaller and weaker compared to their surroundings.

The pollution is more evident, with the use of masks and heavy smog in the background.

Ch 1 will have these minor differences, and all future chapters will be completely different from the original. I'm excited to share more of the reboot in the near future! :D
