Where like a father has to choose which of his hotshot sons become corrupted/transformed. Or like members of a sports team, deciding how to parse up the lard growing their bodies fat, or the drugs making them hornier and dirtier.

You have to make the choice from the mindset of that moment in your life... and of course, once you've made your choices... you have to live with them. Basically guy gets to premake life choices, but makes a bad one and it pulls him down a bad path, between choices he's lucid and once he's done he's trapped in an autopilot body. Whatever of that sounds fun to you.
