First of all I want to say THANKS for all the continued support, feedback and patience. Many of you have been with us from the beginning, and have witnessed first hand the growing pains of building this project from the ground up. It’s been a wild ride, and it’s crazy how far we’ve come!! And WELCOME to the new names/faces that are joining the RAGS Community over on Discord. Our Patreon 2.0 UPDATE is finally here…

It’s been too long since we’ve taken a deep dive to our Patreon Tiers/Rewards. Earlier this year the team and I sat down and reviewed the progress, challenges and opportunities we’ve faced this year. Unless you haven’t been paying attention you know a TON has happened this last year. Covid has affected our costs in a number of ways, and our prices for production have increased. In addition to the pandemic and all the changes that caused, we’ve had a ton of development for this project and life-changing events took place for myself and other team members… I recently quit my day-job and our schedule and budget is impacted by Luigi’s life-changing event with starting a family this year. Throughout the whole process we’ve been incredibly humbled and thankful for all the support we’ve received from you guys — discord engagement continues to grow, and I’ve made the decision to commit to this project and all that entails full-time!
With that said, we want to make a more organized and straightforward Patreon Tier and Reward structure. In light of all these changes taking place (and some still developing), we’ve had to take a fresh look at how we’ve set up Patreon, our roadmap for this project, and how we’ll continue to deliver to this community. The team and I rolled up our sleeves and dug into the numbers… and if you know me you know how painful that is. We knew we needed a more sustainable and feasible plan to support the production and growth of this project, while allowing enough flexibility to adjust during these crazy schedules and uncertain times.
We’ll be rolling out a new set of Tiers beginning 01 NOVEMBER 2021. These will replace all the existing Tier rewards currently on Patreon.
We’re announcing these NOW so you have plenty of time to determine if you want to remain where you wish to go, and to address any questions you have between now and November 1st, and set expectations accordingly.

If you do not select a new tier by NOV 1st you will be locked into the old tier and still be charged but no eliligible for rewards. The same as a custom pledge.* - This is how Patreon treats it.

That means that we are responsible to pick a new tier if we do not then we are charged the same amount as we were before but because we aren’t officially in any active tier we won’t be eligible for any reward so everyone make sure you pick a new tier before the switch!!!
