Well luckily that twat got caught. Levels aren't really a thing in this story, because it's not a game or anything. That said, I have given rough estimates of levels for characters here and there, with their mon.
Figured I may as well post them here. The one thing to keep in mind is that levels aren't linear, so a level 88 isn't gonna be simply 10% stronger than a level 80.

Between Aerodactyl and Dragonite, I've got a good feel for Lance's Dragonite's ability now. While they weren't really taking us seriously at all, their efforts allowed me to gauge the general range of Lance's Dragonite's ability.
