Chapter 5 of A Fitting Reward, in which, following the Triarchy's strike against them, Rhaenyra and her council strike back in brutal fashion, avenging Daemon, who was assassinated. Vengeance, though helpful in some ways, fails to sooth the all-consuming ache in the queen's heart and as they all start to worry about her, Rhaena and Baela decide that Jon might be uniquely suited to helping her, much to his delight.
Chapter 2 of Clashing Schemes, in which Harry, months after Voldemort's defeat, is still haunted by his feelings for Lyra and Pansy, neither of whom have spoken to him since that night and both of whom left Hogwarts weeks ago. When they return, he quickly learns that there were lasting consequences from his counter scheme, ones which might just come with some benefits.
Chapter 43 of Witchcraft and Devilry, in which Harry goes to France to check on Fleur, experiencing a few surprises while he's there, and then returns to Rookery where he learns about what happened with Hermione and the house elves. After a couple short trips to tie up some loose ends, the harem enjoy the first peaceful night they've had in a while, all while the specter of his upcoming fight with Riser hangs over them.
