Weekly Update

It’s Sunday morning ( or really, REALLY, late Saturday night for me ), Time for our weekly update.

Last week wasn’t a very good week in term of production. I've hit a dry spell Thursday and only managed to shake it up late tonight. But I’m still working on the Halloween piece. Damn! I can't figure out how I managed to draw the last orgy pic in 3 days. It's already Thursday, and I'm nowhere near completion. So I decided to work on the colors of the first group for a change of pace. I think I'll just wing it and stop planing everything. If it takes a bit more time , so be it.

Hello my beautiful people!

It’s time again for a Weekly Update. I don’t have a lot to say today. On a personal level, I finally have a bathroom and my doctor found that I am developing difficulties around gluten (as if cutting sugar wasn’t enough) so, the next groceries will be all steak and broccoli I guess :P but I’m doing great. Sorry I disappeared on you after introducing you to Metrinome Alpha. The lack of sleep is getting to me. They are still working on my bathroom (posing ceramic took more time than I was expecting) and I only had a few hours of sleep every night (insomnia is a close friend of mine).  I’m just completely out of energy.

I use to be a HUGE X-Files fan ( and Danny Scully was certainly the largest part of my fandom) until I binge watched it and realise how badly Christ carter handled the big story arts. The revival wasn’t better on that point. Still as individuals episodes go, the old show is pretty fun to watch.

Weekly Update

Hello beautiful people!
How's your weekend going?

Mine is about to end. It was a bit of a slow one, but relaxing none the less.

As you guys know, they are redoing my bathroom at the moment. Every day the team show up at 9 am and work until around 6. They are doing an amazing job, let me tell you. I'm not very good at that kind of work, but my dad was. So, while I might not be able to do it, I know good handywork when I see it and these two guys are impressive.

Last weekend I contacted one of my supporter and offred them their choice of pairing. They went with Scorpia from She-ra and the princesses of power with either Zhann from Farscape, or Brienne of Tarth from Game of Thrones. Sadly for them, I don't really like Games of Thrones :P

That was fun. I might do something like that more often in the future and randomly contact a lucky few of you to get your selections.

Where I am from, Captain Flam was HUGE. If you are around my age, you only have to hum the first line of the them song to get the whole room singing, and I ADORED it. I remember drawing the character of the professor Simon on everything, even though I didn't have cable so only watched a few episodes here and there. How are you doing my beautiful people?

Thank you so much for all the kind words on "The Girls of Sci-fi" that was a fun one, and I think I might try something like that again in the near future. Different themes, characters, add men in. I really enjoyed playing with the different pairings, and I'll also admit that once I knew the layout, it was very enjoyable to just draw and colors without having to come out with new idea for every picture. Very refreshing.
