Yoko Tsuno is one of the earlyest female lead in comics. There was a few before her, but she basically showed the whole European comic insdutry that there was a market for such titles. And her creator, Roger Leloup, is still going strong after 50 years. The last issue came out in 2019. It might have taken me a little while to really get into this franchise "for girls" but Khany and her blue skin quickly field some of my teenages dreams.

Quick Update

MAN, what a week!!

Sick for 2 days.

Yesterday, a power surge totally fucked up my desktop. It took me all day yesterday and this morning to fix all the issues that showed up (Recalibrate my wacom, fix the unresponsive USB ports. The bluetooth adapter took me something like 10 hours to figure out ).

Hey guys, REALLY quick update, because my head is killing me.

So yeah, bed sick today. Sore throat and migraines. I’m drinking a lot of water and try to sleep it off.

Tomorrow, I’m supposed to run some errands for both my taxes and my dad's. As well as keeping a valid driving licence despite my diabetes ( I had to have an eye exam last week, it’s clean. How are you doing boys and girls?

I'm ok. I took last week really slow. My favorite uncle died last Monday morning. I went to the wake yesterday. I did manage to complete page 11, but I just needed a break.

This week will be all about the Star Wars book. I'll keep creeping forward hoping to complete this issue somewhere in April. That said. I've been thinking about making some changes around here.

Weekly Update

Good morning boys and girls. It is 6 am, I got my pyjama pants on and I’m ready to work!

You already know everything that happened to me lately, so there’s nothing new to tell. So this will be short. This week I’ll first concentrate on releasing page 9. I’m aiming for Tuesday. And then I’ll start working on page 10. I didn’t touch any of the setting this weekend, so let’s hope Friday’s configuration keeps working for me.

Quick Update

I’ve been up since 2 am again :P I seems to regress backward in my goal to get back on a day shift. But the good thing is, when you start working at 2h30 am, your shift ends very early.
