Sweaty Asgore WIP

Lineart is done and I added some base colors. Been adding a bunch of gradient presents to my software today, ever since I switch to tablet, I've been missing those a lot. 

I want so add here some more elaborate shading, like a darker room with some sunlight coming in through the window, but I don't want to make the whole image too dark. 

Ham Sketch

Just a quick Sketch with Ham / Hare from Monster Rancher.

Has anyone watched that show? Me and my hubby started to re-watch it, because it never aired till the end in Germany, so we watch it now in Japanese and Ham / Hare is sooo cute sometimes, I would really ship him with Rygar / Tiger :3

I need to learn how to do proper digital sketches :X

I've changed the pose from yesterday and added some stuff,

even tried to add some hair to his butt... I find hairy butts kinda sexy, but it depends on the person too.

Hello Everyone!

I've been drawing all night (it's 7:30am here now^^), because I got really excited that drawing by tablet is not that strange any more and I can even draw some things a lot better than before, like fluids, that I've always been avoiding if possible or to draw more than one character on a single pic with more ease, so even tho I'm dead tired, I'm really happy with the result. ♥♥♥

Badgerclops WIP 2

Now the lineart is done ♥

I gained a lot of practice with the last pic (with Greg), my hands got steadier and I use the tools faster. My biggest concern about switching to a tablet was that the lineart is not as super sharp as what I used to have by mouse (tho the old ones felt very artificial sometimes and I had to tweak a lot to make them more eye-friendly). But now it's slowly getting on a similar level. :3

Badgerclops is one of my fav characters not just in Mao Mao but in general. He is smart, sexy, sassy, funny, nerdy, everything is just perfect about him. He was always on my bucket list, so I took his ref sheet and started sketching. ♥

Practicing relentlessly on my tablet. I resolved I would only o sketches digitally too, instead of my usual paper versions, especially because I can change the canvas size as much as I want and my scanner will not take up so much space on my desk. ^^

So, here is Greg drawn with new methods. :3

DEV BLOG 006 - Positioning

I decided to do this frame by frame instead of tweening. Weirdly, I had to duplicate every single frame to make it slower and look less like a "fast forward" scene. I still haven't figured out how to move an entire group of frames, so once the first step sequence was done, I just copy-pasted the frames again and repositioned them to match the new starting point.

The sprites were made over the background in Paint Shop Pro (see 2nd image) to see how big it will need to be and then exporte...

This week my health is finally improving (I felt today almost completely healthy again after 3 weeks of sickness), so you probably noticed I uploaded almost every day something to "celebrate" that (I was just so happy I could hold a pencil again TuT).
