This one was tough.  Ended up having to move Kimber, cause the perspective on her and Jensca from the original sketch was just too hard.

Been a little bit busy; dogsitting for my mom again, and harvest time for the garden.  But the biggest drag at the moment is hardware-related.  My Razer Nostromo that I've been using for all my Photoshop hotkeys for quite a few years now is dying.  I ordered a Huion mini-keydial from Amazon to replace it, but it had some driver conflicts that kept crashing Windows (it was advertised as specifically compatible with other mfg tablets, but it wasn't).  Returned that, got a Wa...

Inks for page 3 coming along.  Need to resketch Makwa's hair for panel 2, but being only 2 panels (even with a ton of tilework to deal with in panel 1) has made this go much faster than page 2.

I could probably spend more time trying to make each of these girls unique, but I'm happy that I at least did a little bit to dress up each one of them and make them a little different.  Some of them might look a little like Western Basitins... but in a border outpost, well, things are probably a bit more mixed.

July 2022 Bronze Poll

Well, really bad of me to have gone the first half of this month without posting any updates.  Work has been ongoing, definitely bit off too much with this barracks pic.  I did the aforementioned updates/color changes to page 1 of SSU and finished page 2 - might still bring in some final touches, but otherwise I'm ready to do page 3.

Not the most productive start to the month, I wanted to get a lot more of this done - but gardening, my mom's birthday, my aunt and uncle selling their house and dumping several truckloads of STUFF on me, and similar really ate into my drawing time.  But anyway, make sure you get your ideas in for this month's sketch requests, sometime tonight I'll start going through them and working out what I'm gonna draw.

June 2022 Requests

Doing more requests this month, though I think I got a little sidetracked last month and spent more time on making the thumbnails nicer than I needed to, and that ate up time I wanted to spend on the comic.  Also obliterated my sleep schedule trying to get things finished.  I was going to make this post yesterday, but then I slept all of yesterday.  We'll try not to do that this month.
