(HDoom) Imp Scene WIP #1

I know there's al ot of Imp stuff lately - don't worry, I haven't forgotten about the other girls or the Mastermind work. It's mostly due to the fact that i discovered a couple unfinished imp H-anims among my folders and I wanna polish them out and implement them. I have a couple WIP Hellknight animations I want to finish out as well too.

Okay, so since it seems it's all agreed on that we'll (for now) drop MP in future of making HDoom able to do way more advanced things on the single player front, I wanna get some ideas going.

HDoom Development Ideas

So basically, there's a lot of things I want to do with HDoom that I can't currently due, thanks to the restrictions from trying to remain compatible with Zandronum MP, (the compatibility for which is kinda broken in the current HDoom version anyways) - which works on a very, *very* outdated GZDoom codebase.

What I wanna do is basically drop Zandronum compatibility and make it fully utilize the latest GZDoom (which now has truecolor software support so that older computers can run it), wh...

(MGQ3D) Combat Update

A pal and I are working on overhauling the combat to be more satisfied, as mentioned in previous posts. Now we have a video to show for it though.

Basically, the way it works now is that a single timed swing does 30 damage, but you can also swing much faster with rapid tapping of the attack button for 10 damage (which will stack up really quickly with how fast you can attack). Patreon Tribulations

I'm honestly pretty shit when it comes to posting about more serious matters, but I suppose there's no point dancing around the elephant in the room - I'm sure most of you are aware of Patreon's clusterfuck idea over applying service fees on the patron end, as well the immense backlash they're facing for it. [MGQ3D] Feedback Time!

I'm still tinkering with HDoom things at the moment, but I feel like it's a good time to probe around for ideas so that I have a good idea of where to start when I start putting together the assets for the next demo.

So I guess the question is, what area and what monsters would you like to see in the next MGQ3D demo?

Took a lot of what I've learned from my work on MGQ3D to touch up the face on the Spiderdemoness's front angle. Still have a really long way to go on her (first and second angles of the walk animation are gettin close to being done), but it's starting to creep along.

Thanks again! Sorry this month was a little on the slow side - I've been having a host of dental issues over the second half of the month. I think I have it mostly sorted now though, at least. Sorry for the silence!

Just a heads up that we're quite literally working around the clock to hopefully get out a demo version of Chrome's Mansion out around Halloween. It will by no means be the final version of the level (or the final 'spooky monster' roster), but I really wanna get something out for people to play in the flavor of the Halloween season.  Which, needless to say, is why the posts have been a bit scarce since the last H-animation.

I first started these three back on 4chan's /mgqg/ threads long before HDoom and MGQ3D and the like, but I've fully revamped them for use in MGQ3D.
And since I've went through the trouble of having semi-proper guitar tabs on these ones in particular, I figured I might as well release it for those of you who are musical types!

(MGQ3D) Mansion Entrance Hall - Update

Been going through some rough/intensive dental stuff for the last week or thereabouts, but I've been getting some work in map-wise in the mean time.
I've revamped and added a good bit of extra detail to the main hall, revamped the staircases to the third floor, and added a bunch of new architectural detail into the walls and corners. Really starting to come along nicely.
