New schedule for chapter 5 final pages is MO/WED/FR, starting next Monday (2019/08/19, 6 PM), not 5 days a week as previously said. This way, we can spread it a bit wider to not have a long break after it finished :)

It was time again.

I'm not sure if it's cringy or good, you can judge it for yourselves with fresh eyes X)

Linus' hair changes with every picture. I haven't drawn him a lot.

He is Piets piano student when Piet is around 25-30. He is very charming, but difficult (more like Tim as a kid) and doesn't have friends (for now; I'm still pondering over that but it fits that he doesn't fit in with his peers).

What's the plan now that G&G chapter 5 storyboard+lineart has finished posting here?


THE PLAN FOR G&G

- Finished pages of chapter 5 will start posting on 19th of August, 6PM, daily (MO-FR) for the $5-tier!
- Chapter 6 still needs one or two more scenes. When they're approved, storyboard pages will be uploaded for the $3-folks. I don't know yet when I will start lining them, but I keep...

[GG | Spin-Off] Henry+Sven Storyboard (first try)

I tried storyboarding the first couple of pages of the Henry+Sven short in may, that's how far I've gotten (not very). I'm still too tired most of the evenings to concentrate on drawing ~

But it was a nice challenge to do it on paper. If I were to do it now, I'd probably change the approach to something not as dialogue-driven and use more snippets of different things/days/etc. and dive right into it.

So I have this little spin-off idea for a short comic with Henry&Sven in mind.
Henry is around 30 here and faces a rough time.

Sven is tall, muscular, friendly, easy-going, soft, gentle and has a lot of tattoos.

[GG] Chapter 5 | Progress: 77%

Uh là là, we stepped it up a notch in July!

The last two scenes are currently being colored by someone else (yes, I got a colorist! 8)). Anna helps with the speechbubbles. I hope to get the chapter done in August so that I can start posting the final pages here!

The storyboards for chapter 5 will be done posting next week.

Piet in the middle with Lukas and Henry in the first version and Thea and Henry in the second.

Do you have a guess at what Piets sexuality is? I won't spoil it - but I'm curious if you found any hints in the comic or from any artwork so far.

Back from Stuttgart ComicCon Germany! It was a blast. Didn't sell that much, but making new connections and being surrounded by a different type of people than Dokomi (mostly manga fans, whereas there were more more diversive people, families etc. at CC) was totally worth it. 

The biggest highlight was the award ceremony of the new GIN...
