October 3 Update

I will be putting out a TLS 0.58.2 at some point, but I may wait until a few people giving piecemeal feedback get through the content again. I'd like the pre-public version to be out for a while so it's thoroughly tested on release. I may make it available to $1 patrons as well.

TLS 0.58.1 Release

EDIT: I've uploaded 0.58.2. This is not a critical one, just a collection of fixes and tweaks based on feedback. There's no reason to replay, but for anyone who has been waiting, needs to retry the final challenge, or is working on guides... go wild. I will fix anything necessary, but hope this is close to the public version being released on Friday.

TLS 0.58.0 Release

I had a blast creating this update, but I'm gripped by last second worries that people won't enjoy it as much as I did. Maybe/hopefully it's just fatigue. Most TLS updates are a smorgasbord of content, from dialogue to plot to sex scenes, whereas this release is like one massive steak. The meat is cooked just the way I like it, but I know it won't satisfy every palate.

Finished Scene Art Set #21

Another set is complete! This is good, because it means there will be new art to go along with TLS 0.58.0.

Lots of orgies this set, which is part of the reason for the longer time period. Other than Elleani, we continue to work our way through Chapter 2. Note that Varia has two mostly identical versions, but there are slight expression changes to go along with the alternate text for different versions of Varia. This was a significant week! I've gone from chipping away at pieces of a looming update to feeling like I'm moving on a linear path toward a clear endpoint. Though I feel good about the work I've finished, I worry about the overall process so far.

I made the wrong decision last week. =/ I should have piled in all the minor distracting tasks then, since I had trouble ramping up to peak productivity. I'm doing this post a day early and trying to schedule as many tasks as possible on Saturday so that I can start Sunday fresh and hopefully have a fully focused week.

August 1 Update

Well, originally I was going to upload the video of animations for you, but Patreon only lets you upload via YouTube, and YouTube's algorithm deleted it instantly. To be fair, I guess it's porn and they have to police unlisted videos too.

Large sections of the update are playable, but they aren't contiguous or well-tested. This is because I'm lacking maps... unfortunately more maps than I expected at this point. I don't normally put these out on Saturday, but the update is progressing weirdly, so... might as well. We're still working our way through Chapter 2, so there are loads of split route scenes. I'm trying to space them out a bit, but there will still be plenty of Yarra and Qum.

June 27 Update

I had an above average week, but it should have been better. I maintained a high level of enthusiasm, it's just that events ganged up on me and ate into my productive time.

There's a lot more dialogue/choices/branching in the game now, but I had really wanted to be able to announce that it was all done. Instead, the best I can say is that I've written through the most branched part and I'm closing in on some of the more concluding segments. For this update, at least.

Once Ever After Trailer v2

This is the new concept for the OEA Steam trailer, or rather the first third of it. The idea this time is to emphasize the different worlds and meta-story concepts.
