Early update because today works better than the weekend.
Here's my plan: I intend to release an update next weekend (August 19). It will be smaller than usual, but I feel good about what I've created so far. That's the headline, but more information on why below (also some requests if we have any programmers reading).
Life and grief continue. Often I feel like working and when I do, it feels healthy. One thing I don't feel like doing is writing an update, so here is something I had written before as a backup post. I still stand by the sentiments.

Headline up front: I'm getting on a good roll and I hope that version 0.19.0 of TLS will be out next weekend. Barring any huge new problems, that feels pretty possible!
The only thing marring my good mood is that I'm in the self doubt section of the creative cycle. A lot of the work in this version is under the surface, setting up the new version of Ari-Yhilina. It won't be the flashiest update, so I'll have to hope that people appreciate the continued social consequences in areas you know...

This was a bad week for me, but unlike previous updates, this week's is about triumph over adversity! I have gone deep into 0.19.0 and though I can't predict when it will be done yet, I'm happy with my progress so far!

This was a rough week. I'm feeling better now and I think I've turned the corner on things, but there was a lot of time and energy spent that I wish could have been devoted to the creative work I truly love.

Obviously my previous week was mostly focused on bugfixes and ultimately getting the public release out, so I don't have a lot to report. I will probably put out a 0.18.3 so the most recent version doesn't have a graphical bug.

Busy days. Multiple things to cover this update.
Most obvious, check out the map! I've been slowly working with someone to create an official map for TLS, and now I finally have something to show. This one is the official nation map, with borders and labels for all the countries. There will also be a "natural" map (just the landscape) and a "game" map (showing the areas relevant to the game).
