I’m so happy to finally show you the photographs I took in Spain when I visited Lolita in Barcelona this September. I honestly don’t know how, but within less than a week I somehow managed to shoot an insane amount of completely different photosets — it still feels unreal 🤪

Today I’m excited to share the very first series: Lola & Lou.

And the funniest part? Every single shoot I did there was created without even leaving the territory of the place...

This shoot was created back in spring — and I’m so happy we finally got the chance to meet Sam in person!

We ended up talking non-stop throughout the whole session. It’s incredibly rare to meet a photographer who struggles with the same things you do — that intense self-demand, the perfectionism, the constant inner pressure to create something meaningful. Our conversation was so unexpectedly inspiring; it felt like meeting a creative twin soul for a moment ✨

Remember I told you that the only way to shoot here without crowds was to stay nearby overnight and wake up around 4–5 AM? We had to plan a whole mini-expedition just to catch this place empty. But I couldn’t let myself leave Iceland without this shoot — last time I ran out of time with Ira, and it stayed in my mind for months. So I’m incredibly happy I finally made it happen ✨
