It definitely drains my phone battery like crazy 😅 but it’s still so interesting to watch the whole process from the outside, even for me!

Self Portraits "Song of the Mavka" 🌿 Part 1

I decided to take a short break from the Iceland project and show you my latest self-portraits instead ✨

These are now among my favorite ones, maybe because I spent more than three hours completely naked, running back and forth through the forest with a tripod 😅

"Flow" set on the waterfall💧

We actually didn’t plan to shoot at this waterfall at all. We were just driving by, saw it and couldn’t resist stopping 😅

This waterfall is located right next to the geysers (which I’ll show and tell you about a bit later). Of course, there were lots of people around, especially in summer. That’s one of the biggest challenges in Iceland now 🙈

Sometimes we had to wait until night to take pictures, sometimes we’d rent a place nearby, wake up at 4 a.m. and drive there...

🌲 A Little Escape Into the Woods

Recently, we went away for two days, just an hour’s drive from Warsaw, and honestly, it was the best decision ever. I’m so happy we did it. It was our very first short trip like that in all the time we’ve been living in Poland (1.5 years ), and I only wish we’d done it earlier ✨

When you wake up and the only thing you see is the forest, deer walking by, birds singing, and absolute silence… no people, no crowds, no planes flying over your head, it’s pure magic !

This is one of my favorite series, even though many people don’t share my opinion, thinking it looks too simple))

But for me, it’s all about that sky- the soft, overcast clouds that completely mesmerized me that day. I couldn’t take my eyes off them.

There’s something so warm and cozy about the film, it turned out much softer, more homely 🏡

I absolutely love the feeling of being one with nature, it never drains me the way shooting self-portraits inside four walls does 🙈

Of course, this kind of pleasure comes with a little price: here are my legs two days later - still covered in scratches and tiny cuts from needles and branches 🤣

And yes, my muscles are aching now, but it was so worth it�...
