Sky was one of my favorite people that I got to work with last year, and this time, instead of being 1 of 4 models I had to deal with in a studio, we got to play around in the open air at an amazing location with great environmental weather in one of my favorite cities, San Francisco.   I'm really proud of this set.  We have some BTS footage here!

Merrique entangled

A bonus image shot with St. Merrique circa 2013. I shot this from my roof as Merrique lay on white pegboard. My wife added the stitiching on the print.<br><br>I don’t think I have enough unique material of this model to present it as a set- a lot of these older shoots, I have slowly culled (meaning thrown away most of the images except for the highlights). Over time you can pretty easily tell what shots are complete dreck or just variations of the greater images.

Aly was one of those models who I shot with multiple times but never really shot with anyone else.  This was in Discovery Park in Seattle, one of my favorite locations.

I've done so many model shoots over the years, some I have no memory of the person.  This is one such case.  I have no ID on this image, and never became social media friends with them, and since then I honestly don't know her name or anything except I believe she worked at some street food thing in Seattle, it's pretty weird!

A lot of empty space has been showing up in my shots recently- I think of how blissful it would be to be able to turn everything off, and how terrifying and punishing.  

New shoots update

Hey people!  Just letting you know I made a pile of new work this week with McKenzie Eckels (5th round), Ana Corbi (3rd round) and Hailey J (2nd round).  And Maggie (10,000th round).  Lots of Instax Wide.  Trippy video!  Animated character puppets.    I guess I'm out of model jail.    

McKenzie has this book of Guy Bourdin Polaroid work that we treat like the Bible.  It was fun to go through it, try to replicate the vibe in an ordinar...
