CT House update.

Considering drafts and story ideas, I updated Vanessa's house keeping that "improvised" looks, after all they live in a pretty extreme situation, despite of having money. 

Somehow I think this suits better Cheap Tricks.

I turned the house more "livable" and tested some fixed lights. The girls have proper beds now - after all they're successful businesswomen - what will also serve for more plot stuff.

I'm preparing for going back to Patreon creating content and, hopefully, finishing the next chapter of Cheap Tricks in the new rendering engine until the end of March (the base version).

Salvaged renders from DV18

This is one of the projects I re-rendered partially a couple of panels, just to fix Isadora's name, and these were 2 hanging in the base-renders folders, so I rendered them again.


Those were optional 2nd covers or even covers, I don't remember, lol.

Rendering the first batch of CT to test that thing I plan to do in March, things are still going.

Fabric of problems...

Different to lights, that I now have some control, I'm struggling a lot with clothes materials. 

Different to 3Delight where I had full control of the material - though a little limited - , on iRay I'm still struggling to reach "basic" results because of the "thousands" of controls...

At least I'm improving and choosing the shortest way to reconfigure an old texture into the new system while improving it without needing to lose half an hour on each fabric.

Character revision: Stan

Fixing Old Stan (actual) based on the muscle one (20 years ago). Yes, the face has just a little bit of "old" and the build is just "less bodybuilder", but the base remains: an old athlete who can't define his muscles anymore and has that timeless look thanks to dyeing beard and good genetics.

It simply works

Test I did in one of my biggest scenes of all time, a raw render.

Despite of no sky dome, the rest of the scene is all there: city, stuff inside the university, cars, etc, and the 3090 renders it!

This makes me happy: it was a bit hard to the system to deal with it but it's not every day I have a scene this big to render, so, all the rest will go good.

As long I fix the surfaces, of course...

The old 1070 would never be able to do it.

It's friday.

This is part of my tests at iRay in 2022. I had this render series in 3Delight and it was lacking... idk... life.

This was even before I decided to buy the new setup, I spent weeks trying to make it work.

The final renders I'll show next month if I go back at Patreon (I'm not officially here, billing is off and the permanent patrons are not being billed), so I'll release the 3Delight public and the iRay ones here.

Flash response test: Fail...

The light moved on the first frame.

But for a fast response I consider it... acceptable.


Her thighs are at the limit of thickness in this render, can't go any thicker than that, but that's enough to her to get stuck.

As a result her ass is also much bigger, haha.

Hey there.

My return is taking more time than I thought, so, thanks for all of you that are still hanging here.

As said before, the rebilling is off, so, permanent/lifetime supporters are not being billed. Before I'm back and reactivate the billing I'll tell you all.

Meanwhile, enjoy my last test. It is not perfect, there are issues here and there, but I'm happy with the results.

I'm not a dick (I am)

It's been some time since my last public render...

The reasons are that I'm still fine-tuning the "new" rendering engine thing, re-gathering content to update my scenes' shaders, and I had a little accident mid January.

I hurt both hands and one shoulder, making me unable to do even simple things - then I had a forced vacation...

The good news is that the skin healed pretty fast and the muscle/articulations injuries were not that serious, so, I'll be in one piece soo...

Light Setup Fine Tuning

I know I suck at iRay, I took months for setting up something I call a "satisfactory" light setup, even though I'm still fine tuning it.

Yes, outdoors have always been my base setup, just then I set the indoor lights per-scene, so everything must be working, like sky, landscape, reflexes and mirrors... but what a price?

Anyway, I promise I'll keep lying to you all in order to give you guys the best "dream" experience I can (see that the sun in the sky dome IS NOT the one drawing...

Tomboy assemble

Here's a quick one.

Minimum shader adjustment, old textures looking ok, 3delight shader now looking "okayish" with iRay... seems like I'm speeding up the process and having nice results already.

Probably I'll have to edit some character's texture skins 'cause on the shader results are not there yet, I mean, Giselle is washed, Eden is tanned, Audrey looks South-Spanish instead of mid-European tanned... and there's the blue sky that is bothering me a bit in the color bleeding to c...

Hey there.

I'm still fixing stuff IRL, ain't back yet.

Got some time and thought about the Jessica GTS scene that was horrible to make: the excessive light and shadows were doing horrible, it was a workout making that happen.

There's a reason I'm having so much problems with dealing with iRay: outdoor scenes.

I need the sun, I need an okayish environment light and I can't afford using SOME extra lights the way I did in 3Delight because the rules are, well, different. View Post

A small step for... wait, WTF?!

This week I finished updating Domina's Valley Series, an effort for polishing the series and facilitate me to check plot when I need to read them back and an opportunity to plant a couple of seeds for whatever I'm plotting right now.

It was a small step for a man... but wtf, it crushed me sometimes because my creativity lacks when I'm tired, but it was done, just like a whole lot of things I had to do last year...
