Very superstitious!!!
Lani was our first shoot in months, but also the last of 2020!!! We captured some excellent images in the Superstition Wilderness. She is so easy to work with. It was a very positive way for The Naked Desert to close out the year :)

Boomerang....
Well, after the disastrous camera drop put a damper our New Year Air BnB, content creation plans, we had to make do with what we had. We were certainly depressed for a while, but decided to have try to have our fun anyway.

Our brand new Fuji XT3 took a 2 foot drop off of a couch with a 90mm rental lens. Not sure if the lens is damaged, but the drop did cause the lens mount to shear off....

Thomas Holm Face Time Shoot

We won't say much about 2020. We are not really into the sappy, reflective posts. Plus, you were all there (and hopefully came out of it relatively unscathed).

2020 is almost over. We hope you found not only ways to survive, but also thrive. Just like everyone else, this year (starting in March, really) had its ups and downs for us. But we are still in good health, still employed, models still want us to take their nudes, and I still enjoy getting Elle naked in front of the camera!
We are looking forward to big things for 2021!

We are listening.
Video is new for us. So most of what we record has been iPhone video meant to be shown as teasers or previews on IG Stories. OTOH we have gotten some feedback (and some admonishment ;) to step up our video content.
Still working with iPhones, but now have a DJI Osmo gimbal. Also, recently purchased another camera body (Fuji XT3), We'll need to send our first camera body (Fuji XT2) in for some factory service, but once we get ...
