I really like lingerie by Maison Close and have used it in my shoots since the very beginning. All the styling in all of my photos is always done by me. I have a huge drawer of underwear, actually it's a whole wardrobe.

Doe-Eyed Temptations

I buy a lot of underwear. The stuff is extremely expensive. But I can't resist. Underwear - preferably in black - just looks fantastic. It's just my weakness.

And then Miluniel came along and told me she collects expensive lingerie. She sent me a PDF with different parts and I was allowed to choose what I would like for the shoot. Crazy, isn't it?

Nowadays, there aren't many women who have a lot of pubic hair. I find that incredibly appealing in photos.

But not just any bush. It has to look good. And with Sabi, it's simply sensational. Hair to fall in love with. I hope you like it too?

Wash Me (I'm dirty)

I never know if her name is Melisa or Melissa. Things like this confuse me. Anyways, this was my first ever showering shot and also the best. Melisa just knew how to properly take a shower for the camera, no other model could replicate this in the future.

As times goes by, these images conserved this wonderful woman in time. This is what photography is also about.

I discovered this beautiful spot when I was in Tenerife. Not far from the airport, right next to the highway and still absolutely magical.

Sometimes it doesn't take much for a beautiful shoot. French women love to wear dresses. I love that. It looks immediately feminine, although Effy is definitely sporty. Simply beautiful!

Afterhours

At first, Amy found it a bit strange that I asked her to come to my hotel room. I didn't immediately know why. Oh, she thought she might be mistaken for a promiscuous girl.

Luckily, that misconception was quickly cleared up. The thing is, we could only go to the actual location later, and I also wanted to take some photos of her in the morning.

Chiara had just started her career as a model and I was lucky enough to photograph her at this young age. Meanwhile she has become one of the most photographed and influential nude models with around 800,000 followers on instagram alone.

She is so super professional and her sexiness is astonishing. Her behind is just lovely.

Redheaded women have a special fascination for many men. Maybe it's because of the silly saying "If the roof is rusty, the basement is moist." I have no idea.

Anyway, just like blondes, redheads are unfortunately becoming rarer and rarer. That makes it difficult for me to find such women. But I'll keep at it.

Amazing Age

I celebrated my birthday with Avery. I always wanted to do that. And pulled the good old Yes cupcake out of the hat with a candle.

I blew up a lot of balloons for her, which was a little more work than I thought it would be and after the shoot I was a little unsure if I took too many pictures with legs spread.

This photo series was the application for Jacqueline for Playboy Germany. Two years later, I was commissioned to photograph her as a Playmate. Sometimes, it pays off to invest. And the villa in Ibiza was a dream, too.

Marshmallow Hugs

Janey was the first porn star I ever worked with. And I had no idea who she was. This makes it a bit more funny. We laughed so much during the session that she even hit her head on the well cleaned shower door.

When we went to a restaurant in the evening, she had very precise wishes on what has to be on her plate. Remember the scene from "When Harry met Sally"? Something like this.

When I first posted these pictures, I got quite nasty comments for my styling. One should not show stockings in open shoes. 

But with me, many things are allowed and I do not see the limits so tight. Shoes in bed or on the sofa go and if the model wants to lie down on the carpet, go ahead....

Dragonfly out in the Sun

This small fishing village on the east coast of Mallorca is a dream. Clear water, small boats, a paradise for a photographer.

It was admittedly a bit chilly when we took the photos and Kate grumbled that my phone had it warmer in its case than she did. She is just not an early riser and I bought her a hot tea.

With Sabi in a villa in Tenerife. It was an amazing experience and I can only recommend to dare to go on such trips as a photographer. The surroundings always do so much for your photos and having 20 degrees in December isn't bad either.

Marketa Belonoha Behind the Scenes / Making of

Marketa was so famous in 2009 that it was enough to type Marketa in Google and you got her as the first search result. Already with the first name only.

I was tired of always working with amateurs and so I put my money where my mouth was and booked her. It was worth it. She was way ahead of me and I was really on fire.

Until 2010 I had a small photo studio in Frankfurt. There I did all kinds of experiments. The big balloons and inflatable things were part of these experiments.

When I see Svetlana, somehow I always have to think of her coming to the studio in a big old Mercedes Benz. It's sometimes strange what stays in your memory.
