I don't have to say much about Nastya. As avid readers of my posts, you probably know already that I consider her to be a muse. It's just wonderful to work with this woman. This time, we went to the beach in Fuerteventura and I don't want to hold back these natural photos we took.

I had to postpone our shoot quite a few times due to injury. But then, we finally made it. I actually like to approach a shoot more slowly and as Mika was living in Frankfurt, just like me, we were able to do so. So see these images as a first date and there is more to follow.

Someone of you asked me to re-post this old set, I photographed with Estella. She used to be a star in the industry. Her boobs were her capital. Industry, capital, ... well, we are gambling in this series. It's all about money!

Symphonic Soul

When the elements are so strong, you feel small as a human. Tezz was perfect for this shoot because she felt the wind, the waves and posed like she was part of it all. Naturally.

It was below 15 degrees celsius with rain and wind when we shot this. I was wearing a rain jacket and we could barely communicate because the sea was so loud. But it was a very intense shoot.

Czech Mate Part 1, 4K

Sorry for the title, Czech Mate, this just jumped into my face as I photographed this Czech beauty in Prague this year. For me, this was a unique experience, because I had rented a huge apartment down-town for this shoot and inside I fancy architecture and secretly jumped with joy with all the backdrops I found there.

Melisa Mendini, Frankfurt, 2011

I absolutely love simplicity. So, for this set, I got inspired by other famous photographers who sat actors in their studio and gave them a remote release, so they basically take a selfie. I did the same thing with Melisa Mendini, well, sort of. My cable led nowhere and it was only for the illusion. The button is just one that I got for cheap in a hardware store. But the illusion worked.

Behind the Scenes Video: Messy Masterpieces

With Olivia and the blue finger paint in a garden in Frankfurt on a lucky day, because the rain stopped and the sun came out. If you wonder what's going on. I talk a lot during a shoot, so I am constantly saying things while running around. It's just not caught on cam.

Dysania is the inability to get out of bed in the morning. A feeling most of us know, especially on a Sunday morning.

The Perfect Fit

When Effy pulled out this piece of lingerie, I was like nah, are you serious? But I was quickly convinced this looks good. In the end, it's all about Effy's perfect boobs.

I can't decide what I like better, the 1972 Opel GT or sweet Katerina with this cute gap between her front teeth. Great memories from this shoot and that everything worked out smoothly - photographed on the last day of summer in 2022. Sometimes you simply need to have a bit of luck, too.

In the past I used to film models for short teaser clips after my shoots. As more and more models don't want to be filmed anymore (don't ask me why), I barely do it these days. I really hope, models get more chilled when it comes to such clips again. They are fun and add a bit to the still photos I usually take, I believe. Richard offered me to photograph in his barn and I must say, this was an amazing men cave. I had not expected it to be half as cool as this. With Amy, a voluptuous blonde, I had to photograph this Heidi Klum like image where she gives her boobs the names Hans and Franz and it became a fun party.

Messy Masterpieces 4k, Part 1

Olivia, Frankfurt, 2024

I always wanted to mess around with color. I had this shoot planned with Olivia for my book, but then she needed surgery urgently and traveled home to Kyiv. Half a year later she returned to Germany, but then, my book was already printed.

Either way, I had promised her this shoot, so we did it in June in a garden in Frankfurt. One small picture from it is in my calendar for 2025.

Wake Up Call

Not many models like to work early in the morning. Nika is a machine, though. I believe she works with up to 3 photographers per day and while I never understood such a vast amount of shoots as energy isn't eternal, on this day, I was the lucky first photographer to shoot her.

Dulce Periculum

Dulce Periculum is latin, so we are... in ancient Rome. Well, not that ancient, but when I discovered this amazing location, I immediately asked for permission. The landlord was open minded and the lady had a sense for art. I was delighted and so I spent a full day with Nausicaa Yami to create this series. It became the title photo for my latest photo book Mellow.

Cactus Couture, Part 1, 4k

Nicci has perfectly shaped boobs. You don't see that very often. Together we went out into a cactus field in Tenerife and took some shots. You probably resemble her as one of these images made it into my 2025 calendar and so it might hang on your wall next year.

Free to Ride, Part 1, 4k

When I photographed Katerina with this old Opel GT (1972), the project was much bigger than my usual projects. I rented a garden space in Southern Germany (so the garden owner was there during the shoot), hired a makeup artist and of course, also the car owner had to drive there to present his car. He had it freshly redone with new paint and a new rear window. And he was super cool and even let Katerina sit on the roof, etc. Anyways, there are far more good images than the ones you know from ...

Natural Grace, Part 1, 4k

My setups are usually more complex. This time, I only had booked a day room in a white hotel, removed the sheets on the bed and had a handful of styling with me. I loved the naturalness of Macarella. And I believe that not being at 100% perfection makes someone appear more sympathetic and human. Do you agree?

The Yoga Teacher

I brought a yoga mat on my trip to Tenerife, because someone suggested to me to shoot a sensual yoga set. And so we did it. The series was an outtake and an experiment with grain for me. Other people often put grain on their photos, I usually never do. I am so undecided whether I should do it more or not.

Someone complimented on my photos with Katey and said, it were the best images by me, in his opinion and he asked if there were more. So, I went to the archives and re-selected the best shots, retouched them newly (with the skills I have today) and show them to you in large here, now.

Colors of Life 4k

Here's a retro set that I photographed in a hotel in Frankfurt where every floor has different colors. I bought colored stockings at American Apparel (where I used to be a frequent customer) and did the shoots with a huge ring flash (with 220V generator; not wireless or battery powered). While some of the shots are boring, I believe, two of them could actually be considered to be good even from today's perspective.

Sometimes, I get my inspiration from shopping. This might sound weird, but when I saw these boots, I had to buy them and already knew that I wanted to shoot Lina Linn with them, because she is super flexible and could do a split. All weird, I know, but that's how it was.

Rhythmic Gymnastics

I like to discover new places and so, I figured, this brand new hotel could be a good match for my shoot with Polina. She happened to be in town and so we shot a classic hotel series with her in underwear.

La Muse

One of the most memorable shoots of all time. A famous Portugese artist allowed me to photograph in his large villa. It was full of his artworks and Katia was the perfect match for this.

Come With Me 4k

When taking these images with Avery, I was deeply impressed. We had planned another outdoor shoot and it failed because she took a plane from Bruxelles to Frankfurt via Rome which basically meant she arrived at night. So it was too late to photograph her. I was not super convinced the other shoot would go well, but then she amazed me with being in great shape and having that sparkle in her eyes. The sunshine also helped us and so we created a sensual piece togethe...

Saddle Up

Terez, Fuerteventura, 2017

When photographing with horses the biggest challenge is: Finding a horse stable and asking the woman there if you can come with a nude model who will sit naked on one of her horses while I photograph her. If she says yes, the next challenge is to keep the horse calm. This was done during my shoot by having a second horse close by. All in all, it was tricky, but it's a shoot, I won't forget.
