Commission for Josh, of their Elder Scrolls character Amburil
A cracked mirror reflection to show her present and past.
This commission had the additional challenge of trying to balance the two reflections. Different enough to make you realise I'm not just a bad artist with poor vision, yet similar enough to let you realise it's the same woman looking at her own reflection. I think it turned out pretty good in the end!

I had this rough idea for a while. I just love painting weightless hair, the large brush strokes are so therapeutic. I usually never play around with colours and light like this, because it's rather intimidating and hard to get it right. there was a long time where I wasn't sure if it'd turn into anything to be honest, but I'm glad I stuck with it!
