How's it going? I hope you all are ok and doing well. I just wanted to tell you guys something. I'm so glad that I finally archived the money to get a new processor for my new PC in the future. I still have to save for all the other parts I need since my whole setup needs to be replaced. Hello Patrons,
it took me a very long time to finalize this high-end material type and now it's finally finished and ready to work!
In this preview I took the good ol' pal Logan and put the shader on him for a test round. The shader is ready to work with every model now that I own, isn't that handy huh?

this is the first piece I'm working on. It's been a while since Randy hit an RKO through my pics hehe but this time I wanted to use his WWE 2K15 model instead of the old one I've used before.
So sad he doesn't have rigged face and a lot of troubles with his legs (movement and displacement) but you know me I wont give up so easily on this.

A model for a picture I'm working on. This will basically a test for subsurface scattering shading later in KeyShot so I have to make sure that everything is correctly in place to avoid scattering errors in the later rendering process. I'm sculpting with a higher amount of Polygons in that scene as I usually do, SSS shader makes skin material looking very soft so it basically "washes out" detailf from normal mapping. This is a little promo of an upcoming work which I was testing new lighting techniques compared with subsurface scattering to get a more realistic shading on the models surface.
The shader uses a realistic refraction index of 1.43 which is the same amount of human skin. I need to tweak it to make it ready working with more models but a solid base is the beginning of evewrything. I'll look forward to this and the future projects.
