As a kid I used to spend hours here swimming, diving, digging my hands into the muddy bottom, looking for those big freshwater mussels 🪷

Even now, it’s the best place for me to reset.

The water gets warmer than anywhere else I know, and every summer it feels like coming home 💕

Sometimes sweating feels euphoric 🤤 When your body is relaxed, hydrated and in balance, the sweat starts flowing almost effortlessly 💦 It feels clean, light and deeply satisfying 😌

But not every session is like that… If you’re stressed, tired, slightly sick or just ate a big meal, sweating can be delayed or feel strangely heavy. Your nervous system plays a bigger role than people think 🧠
