So chances are, if you're in either of the two Discord servers for my projects, you've seen the latest bit of news from me - my main server hard drive has probably gone kaput... I go to power it on, and all I'm greeted with are beeps and clicking - so it's not sounding good so far.

This has actually coincided really awkwardly with everything, because not only has the Jukebox gone semi-viral (again), but I was plannin...

So, for those of you who don't diligently check every single thing I post on the EternalBox server...
Google has suspended our quota for the YouTube API. This is, to put it one way, not great. To put it another way, it's completely killed song resolution... for now.
As I said, currently new songs will fail 100% of the time. I need to work out a solution for this, which... is going to take some time. Now, while I don't have an exact solution rig...

Hey everyone, so the invoice for May has come through, ending at A$500, which is $100 ahead of where we were last month, which is good!

So a lot of people have been asking for a local/app version of the Eternal Jukebox, and it's something that I want to facilitate when possible. Unfortunately, it's a very large undertaking, and it's something that I want to get right if I'm going to do it.
So, when I began work on the latest rewrite, I made a decision to switch to using Kotlin/JS for the front-end code. This means that there will be a slightly heavier initial load, but considering we're loading megabyt...

In the interests of transparency, I've elected to start uploading Google invoices to better demonstrate how money is getting used each month.
This last month was much more expensive than I had anticipated by far, clocking in at around $600 AUD. I really want to emphasize that I'm eternally grateful for anyone and everyone that chooses to support these projects, no matter how much you donate.
