Heading to the Himalayas

I've got nearly a 24-hour journey ahead of me, today-- between the flight to NYC, and then the 15-hour-flight to Delhi, and then the 6-hour road trip to Kainchi (situated at the foothills of the Himalayas)... but I'm ready. Well, not quite. I'm still in bed as I type this Love letter to you-- thanking you for giving me this time to care for myself and further anchor in Love, and thanking you for sending me your favorite episodes to plan this month! Two things.
1. Read this article about synching your mantra with your breath. I read it again on the plane with the kiddos, yesterday. It's a lengthy read but worth every second. Also, remember, even higher than the word, 'Christ', or 'Krishna' is the feeling, the experience of 'Christ' or 'Krishna'. The body mantra. Feeling Love where your body appears to be, on every breath, every exhale, every inhale, Love. That's the truest practice. That's how I'm breathing all the way to India. Practice this with me. Live in prayer with me. Note: Christ, Krishna, Allah... they all feel the same, because they are ;)
