I took way too long to get to this video! It was so worth finally getting to hear this group.
The singing and rapping ability is great! I honestly was so caught up in the keyboardist's ability to really tickle the ivorys though!

I was sort of bummed that this is blocked on YouTube.
I really dig this era and style of music. The clothes, the hair, the atmosphere. It's just so perfect!
...and then you plug in some real feel good music to the lighting and the dancing in this video and it's just a good time.
If any gamers are out there, this song makes me think of Grand Theft Auto Vice City. I love that game, and I love this music!

The gasp that I gusped when I saw Misa, Kanami and Akane riding on cars while playing...
The music video is one of the most epic videos I've seen and have proven to me how far these ladies will go for pure epicness. I KNOW I would be good friends with these ladies, because I would've said "hell yeah," to getting ontop of a car and playing my flute. Ha!

This is extremely frustrating for me, but I am really sick. Like REALLY sick.
I thought I would be better by Thursday but I am still not able to breathe properly and I cough every time I start talking.

The original game OST version is absolutely gorgeous, but the BAND-MAID version is something to behold.
...whats really epic about the BAND-MAID version is the slight changes in style of the orignal melody. I wouldn't go as far as calling it a theme and variations, but it comes pretty close with how Akane keeps manipulating the feel of the composition.
This was a nice bridge between something I really enjoy doing, which is gaming, and a band I thoroughly enjoy listening to!

The mixture of genre's here really threw me for a loop here!
It was like I was going to listen to a jazz style performance, and then BAM! The pop rock style shines through during the chorus.
The singer has a way of manipulating her voice to have some edge to her sound. I loved hearing her being able to change her vocal tone color.

Watching this gave me persepective of what they are like together and OH MY GOSH thay are adorable! Seriously...I think I got a cavity from watching this.
I really enjoyed watching Miku poke a little fun at Akane for cooking a dish she hadn't made before and seeing Misa trying to hide from the camera while Saiki quietly slept in the other room.
Their dynamic together truely shows that they are a family that makes crazy good music together.

This is what I want in a pop punk band!
I was immediately brought back to the sounds of the punk bands I used to listen to like Green Day and somewhat of The Offspring.
...the only thing about this is I was more impressed with how this band was performing. The way our guitarist does her own soloing vs what Green Day does. IYKYK!
