We just got back from our first time taking Taco over to a private island. It was so cool to look back at the Lazy Gecko from shore! We walked around and explored this cute little island on the St Johns River, I did get a bit nervous about the alligators though lol. We're back on the Gecko now and are planning our trip north which may get delayed a bit due to thunderstorms coming through today. We'd rather stay here and rely on the anchorage that's been great so far than go to a new one and hope...

We received so many suggestions for donations, it was so hard to choose. All were so touching and we wish we could give to them all...We chose Camden Nobles for the month of April. You can see his story on this video, we will be donating 10% of all money we earned through our videos to him. He has degenerative kidney disease and we wish the best for this little man! Thank you so much Patrons...You are not only helping us, you're helping others as well.
The second of the two during our trip north! We visit some family, hit a wedding and then head home to the Lazy Gecko in order to finalize everything for our cruise season! We also meet some great cruisers and take Taco out to lunch! Thank you everyone for your support!

One light, fridge, stereo for Rhys, cpap machine, and a fan. We also had the laptop plugged in because it was uploading a video. Battery bank showed 12.4v all night and will only climb now because of the solar. Think we'll keep the shore power disconnected today and again tonight. So far so good! We won't be hitting a marina for a while so we need to be sure everything is operational for anc...
