Oooh man! What a month it's been!
I know it's been a few weeks since I posted anything, but I wanted to wait until I had some more art before I updated everyone.
Recovery
Concerning my back injury, well... it's been up and down. I do think I am trending upwards in terms of healing, but the issue I have been running into is that I start to feel better, then I spend a full day at the work station, which ends up making me...

Hehehe she's not out of the fight, yet! >:D
Oh man, August's stuff extended into September so far (due to my injury), that it's pushed September's stuff back a bit. Still, I am hard at work with it! Here's the lines for the first illustration! Colors are coming tomorrow. :)
Even though these are coming a bit later in the month, they should all be ready to send out on the 5th (of October) to all September Patrons, like usual.

At long last, I have the 4th sketch for August.... phew! This one was a tangle to work through, pun untended. XD
Oh man, she's really in a bind... How's she gonna wriggle her way outta' this one?
We will see the conclusion in September's works! I just gotta clean up these lines for the nude/non-nude variants, and get some colors going. :D

Here's a little update, some of the thumbnail sketches I did to figure out the pose for the 3rd August pinup. The left-most one I did as a pose base, and then did the two tentacle variations to try and figure what I liked more. I went with the middle drawing. :)

I recently received a comment that made some fair points about my pinup pose choices, that I'd like to get some broader feedback on.
Most pinup art I see these days use either a classic Contrapposto or S Curve style of posing and a straight-on camera angle... which is great! It's a classic for a reason, after all! Many of the popular pinup artists these days use it in every single drawing they do.
Personally, however, I tend to feel a bit lazy if I just do these sorts...
