A few days delay - bear with me
There will be a delay of a few days for vids to be released - don't worry vids won't be skipped they'll just be released in bulk within a few days once my new HDD is installed and I can edit videos again.

Issue Identified
I found what caused some videos to not be exported properly.
In short my Hard Drive has lost part of its brain, so it sometimes forgets where things are or where it saves them. So imagine while it's exporting a video it forgets where the video is and then assumes it's finished exporting.
That being said I've worked it to death so... time to retire the drive & buy a new one.
(it's been on for over 800days)

Change to Payment Dates
Patron just allowed me to opt in for changing the date everyone pays for their membership from 'the 1st of every month' to 'a month from when you join'.
