Morning Thought

If you can't be happy for others, you've probably got some shit to work on.

I know when I'm feeling down, I often get selfish. Not in a "all these potato chips are mine" type of way, but more in an obsessed with my own thoughts type of way. 

It's hard to be happy for others when you're feeling low -- you're in your own head and you're protecting your own ego.
