DIGI/BYAMPOD UPDATE

Hello gang. No regular Digi this week, because I'm a bit behind on work. I had a lot of inquiries on Fiverr over Christmas, which I put off until after New Year. Then I had to follow up on them all. It didn't help that, like most of us coming back to work, last week was a bit of a grind.

I'm not complaining. It's nice to have work. Weirdly, I did something this week - via Fiverr - for the guy who used to manage the band Aqua (of Barbie Girl fame). 

I'm clearing the decks, tho...

Hello, you lot. Hope you had a lovely Christmas. Flu knocked us right out. Yesterday was the first day I felt human again. Sanja's still suffering a bit.

WELL... I'VE GOT FLU

Hello, you lot. I've got and got myself flu. Not man flu: proper flu. Shivers, high temperature, coughing, aches. All that good stuff. According to the Lateral Flow Test I did, It's not The Other Thing, but I still feel like I've been hit by a truck.

Consequently... I doubt there'll be the planned Christmas BYAMPOD, Writer's Club and Biffo's Brain this week. Sorry, all. I'm really not feeling great.

Quite what possesses a person to spend days making something that he knows will lose him subscribers, and will upset a large portion of our audience, is anyone's guess... but it's done now.

This also features our first attempt at the School Shooting section - which, unfortunately (or fortunately) didn't have sound recording. You will see the reason why we were so giddy in the final version, because Sanja's repeated fluffed attempts at reading the story - while simultaneously attempting to display gravitas - gave her a fit of giggles...
