Hey everyone, finishing up one of my classes soon, so I'll have a lot more time to brainstorm some content. However, I noticed that some of your pledges have been declined. I gave it some time to see if it would sort itself out, but it seems probably that it's something on your guys' end. If you ever need to cancel a pledge, don't sweat it, but I want the people who are donating to get the recognition that they deserve, so double check your status every now and then when you can.

My audio glitched when I first recorded the Assassin Guide audio, and it-for some reason-replaced the whole 29 minute session with the last word that I said: "Seeya". I bring this up in an upcoming commentary with Needawig, but man was it ironic.

Last Minute April Fools

Initially, YinYarn and I were planning to switch content for April Fools Day, he would upload the Shatters Guide, and I would upload "Why the Sorcerer is Stupid", trying to mimic each other's style and humor. But then Yin got short notice work that ate up a lot of his time in the passed week, preventing him from being able to get it done, so we had to postpone the project until next year. When April 1st came, I assumed I wouldn't be uploading anything, but I felt so anxious and guilty about not getting a video out, that I dug up an idea I had saved for later: Fighting Spencer. I started brainstorming at 12:00 PM and got introduction finished rather quickly. But then came the battle itself. There is no preparation when it comes to swinging at air, you just do it and make it work in post-production. I had my uncle, Noah, film these parts, including some bonus clips that weren't shown off. It was 3:00 PM when filming was finished, and if I was going to make it on time, I knew I needed to work fast. And that's what I did. From 3:00-8:00 PM I remained in my chair, tracking images relative to my body frame by frame, and incorporating the appropriate sound effects and one liners. Boy did I luck out with NeedAWig's quote. There was a looming fear that people would think the video was stupid or "cringey" as the kids say. But, everyone, even Spencer himself, have enjoyed it so far.

Crawling Depths Guide Script

There were quite a number of changes from the script to the final product. A lot of jokes and scenes were cut because they either didn't fit or just weren't executed well enough.

Ice Cave/Lord of the Lost Lands Script

It is finished (until I find any more typos). Unfortunately I got a bit sick from something going around the house, so I wasn't able to start recording like I wanted. Either way, I'll probably end up recording the lines today or tomorrow depending on if my voice is horse or not. And yes, I'm combining the Ice Cave with Lost Lands since they're both fairly short on their own.

Getting Back on Track

Hey guys, sorry for going off the grid for a couple weeks, I've really had to buckle down on school. But rest easy! For Winter break is merely 2 weeks away, and I'm currently writing the script for the Crawling Depths guide video (which you will receive a small sneakpeek and regular updates of). There's also another commentary video with NeedAWig that I have recorded but haven't uploaded yet, as well as a few side projects that I've began scripting. Anyway, I gotta register for my classes, so I'm gonna get some shut eye and finally wake up at a decent time! (hopefully)
