Berried at Work

Beach Weather WIP

This started off as a warmup just an hour or two ago. It’s summer & I started doing a thicc lady in a bikini, but then I’ve been seeing so many beach scenes lately & realized I’ve never tried one. And then ended up going ham on a method to get simple water effects. So now it’s turned into a full blown thing.

Problem Areas

I was on the road the last few days. I worked on some things when I could but this was the only thing I was able to finish up. But this is just a quick variant of an older piece. Focusing mostly on trying to turn a very concerned, very hippy (in the literal, not cultural sense) young woman into a recovering blueberry.

Bellflower Extract 1

This is going to be a little unorthodox. Basically, chapter 50 is a biggie. Not only was I way too ambitious about trying to include a lot of characters we haven't heard from for a bit, a few big things unfold pivotal to the story's direction. But as it stands, it's about 3x the size of a normal chapter & I keep wanting to "call it" but things feel like they fit better together if I finish scenes.

Anyway, this little excerpt was already written & kind of just feels out of place ...

Never Hurts to Ask

Berry variant of that last round girl. In my personal head canon for this version, she’s been berrified before & occasionally experiences little relapses. She’s a lot less concerned over the idea of growing spherical, & gets a lot more hung up on the notion of leaking juice everywhere. Especially on a first date. 

I am of the mind her date wouldn’t mind giving her a nice squeeze at all though. But that’s just me.

Another Dimension

Recently was able to update my tablet. I haven't been able to full-on test it as I've committed myself to finishing up on some writing first. But for about a half hour, I decided to mess with blender & it's sculpting tools. I went with the funnest, easiest shape I know, which is just an inflated torso (no hands, feet, or head, the sphere in there is just to give the idea). 

I've definitely gotten rusty at 3D, but it was fun to mess with & I was kind of happy with the result...

Work It Out WIP

Hit another wall & don’t want to force writing when I’m not happy with the results, but wanted to remain constructive. Started a piece, & got this result when I turned off the flat color layer. Kind of like it a bit better honestly.

But do you think this is her on her way to or from being fully ripe?
